आपनो बिज़नेस सारथी
Vyavsay Saarthi builds simple software for Indian shops and online sellers. Print every order in one click, play your announcements on time, and keep in touch with every customer on WhatsApp.
The Saathi family
Three tools, each doing one job well. Try any of them free before you decide.
Order printing for online sellers
Drop in your marketplace invoice PDFs. OrderSaathi reads them, files them, and prints the shipping label and tax invoice for every order.
Audio scheduler for announcements
Choose your announcement files and set the gap. ElaanSaathi plays them on repeat all day, so your offers are heard without anyone pressing play.
WhatsApp Business software for shops
Runs your shop's WhatsApp on your own verified business number: one inbox for the whole team, broadcasts, automatic birthday and anniversary wishes, and a calling app for your staff.
The person behind the Saathis
"I look at the small jobs that eat up a working day, and try to make them simple."
I'm an entrepreneur first. I can't call myself a developer, but I love to learn, and I keep asking one question about everyday work: could this be easier?
Every Saathi on this website began that way. Printing a day's orders, playing the same announcement every few minutes, wishing every customer on their birthday: each was a daily task that took too long, and each became a simple tool that anyone in the shop can use.
When you message Vyavsay Saarthi, you talk to me. Tell me what slows your day down, and let's make it simple together.

Features
Picks up the order number, date, amount, items and quantity from each invoice PDF. No typing.
Prints the 4×6 label on your thermal printer with item, pack size and quantity added, so packing has no mistakes.
Prints the A4 invoice with a QR code of the order number. B2B orders get the buyer's GSTIN line.
Print a range of invoices in one go: labels only, invoices only, or both, with a progress bar.
Every PDF is renamed and filed by financial year and marketplace. Duplicates are caught, never printed twice.
Orders are kept in a password-protected file with automatic backups. Several PCs can share it safely.
How it works
Download the day's invoice PDFs from Seller Central into your invoice folder, as you do today.
Each PDF is read, renamed to its invoice number and filed by year. The order appears in your list.
Print one order or the whole batch. Labels go to the thermal printer, invoices to the A4 printer.
The label shows the item and quantity to pack. Print the dispatch sheet for the courier pickup.
Sellers who ship 10 or 500 orders a day and are tired of printing each label and invoice by hand.
The software asks for a license key. Buy a license on WhatsApp and enter the key; all your orders and settings stay as they were.
The yearly AMC gives you every new version and feature as it is released, plus priority help on WhatsApp. Without AMC the software keeps working on the version you have.
Yes. Several PCs can share the same data file. One PC edits at a time, so orders are never filed or printed twice.
Any marketplace can be added as a store. Reading a new marketplace's invoice layout is added on request; send us a few sample invoices.
An audio scheduler for shops and public places. Pick your announcement files, set the gap between them, and ElaanSaathi plays them on repeat all day while you serve customers.
